Up Next: While the North Dakota Legislature does not meet in regular session in 2024, they are holding interim committee hearings. On Tuesday, the Joint Interim Health Care Committee will be meeting and will be discussing prior authorization. This is the second meeting the Committee has had during the interim, and based on the agenda that was released just last week, it appears the Committee will just be having presentations on the matter. Cigna and AHIP will be presenting, and PCMA will be in attendance.
