In Review: A hearing was held in the House Industry, Business, and Labor Committee on March 24 on SB 2280 (prior authorization). HB 1216 (copay accumulator) received a “do not pass as amended” recommendation from the Senate Human Services Committee and will be voted on by the Senate.
Up Next: The hearing for HB 1584 (Remove ERISA Exemption) was scheduled to take place on March 25 but given the Department of Insurance is out of town, it will now take place in the week of March 31.
