In Review: Senate Bill 2370, which formerly was an insulin copay bill, was amended (or, as some refer to it, hog-housed) to be a 340B reporting bill but turned into a study bill and sent to the Governor on May 1. HB 1216 (copay accumulator) was signed by the Governor on May 1. The legislature adjourned sine die in the early morning of Saturday, May 3.
