Up Next: The Interim Employee Benefits Programs Committee will meet on Thursday, September 12. At this meeting, they will be discussing bill drafts dealing with step therapy and the benefits of insulin drugs and medical supplies. The Committee has approved draft bills dealing with copay accumulators (even with an actuarial analysis of $8.6M for the state employee plan) and limitations on step therapy for associated conditions of metastatic cancer. PCMA will draft a letter to the Committee expressing its concerns.
