In Review: On Tuesday, October 21, the Senate Financial Institutions, Insurance, and Technology Committee has noticed a hearing for the following two bills:
- SB 160 – Relating to frozen formulary – Opponent Testimony/Interested Parties
- SB 207 – Relating to copay accumulators – Proponent Testimony Only
PCMA will be testifying in person against SB 160. Also on Tuesday, October 21, the House Insurance Committee has noticed a fourth Hearing for HB 192, for the possible introduction of an amendment; no testimony is scheduled.
