In Review: The House Insurance Committee is holding a public hearing this Wednesday, November 13. As expected, on the agenda is the amended version(substitute amendment) to HB 505. Opposition and interested parties’ testimony will be heard. PCMA will testify in opposition.
Up Next: There were rumors that the bill might receive a committee vote immediately after the opposition hearing, at this time, are unfounded. PCMA counsel will be sure to share any new information as this situation continues to develop.
