Ohio Weekly Update 11.24.25

In Review: PCMA testified in opposition to HB 192, an anti-PBM kitchen sink bill containing nearly a dozen provisions, including enabling legislation for transparency and pricing companies like BlinkRx. Committee members have concerns with HB 192, and it is not expected to move out of committee at this time. BlinkRx is still pursuing a simple amendment to the PBM licensure bill, HB 229, as is the Ohio Department of Insurance. It is unclear if there is enough time this year to schedule a final vote in the State Senate.
