In Review: House Bill 192 – relating to minimum reimbursements, decline to dispense, prohibit retaliation, specialty drug labeling prohibitions, will receive a hearing on November 4 at 9:30 A.M. This is the fourth hearing, with no testimony, and a possible amendment introduction/adoption. We expect an amendment to be introduced at this time. You can view this amendment by clicking here. Additionally, SB 207 – relating to copay accumulators will have an opposition hearing on Tuesday, November 4 at 4:00 P.M. PCMA will be testifying in opposition.
Also, PCMA has a meeting with Representative Kellie Deeter (R) and BlinkRx about potentially adding an amendment to HB 229. You can view the amendment language below or by clicking here.
