In Review: Last Thursday, the House introduced its budget amendment which did not contain the PBM regulatory measures that included fiduciary, accreditation standards, PBM licensure, MAC prohibitions, disincentivizing mail, and spread ban pricing. While this was a welcomed development, the House can still insert some or all of these provisions in their final product, due to be released on Tuesday and voted on Wednesday.
Up Next: The House will vote on the budget on Wednesday and send their proposal over to the Senate for their consideration.
