Ohio Weekly Update 5.6.24

In Review: A kitchen sink bill was introduced on Tuesday, April 30, aimed at PBMs. The Ohio Coalition immediately engaged members about drafting a “NASCAR Letter” with their opposition to the bill. In addition, the local NFIB chapter reached out to the coalition to help form a position and talking points about concerns with the legislation. Finally, a coalition member, Dan Bates, CEO of the Great Hamilton Chamber has sent in an LTE published in the Butler County Journal. Finally, Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) recently removed six committee chairs, including Representative Scott Lipps (R-Franklin), who had chaired the House Public Health Policy Committee.
