In Review: This week, Representative T.J. Marti (R) dropped Forced Pharmacy Closure (FPC) language into his shell bill, HB 3538. That bill and Representative Carl Newton’s (R) FPC bill, HB 4457, are set to be heard in the House Public Health Committee next Wednesday. Rep. Newton remains committed to removing the FPC language from his bill, but Rep. Marti’s will remain a threat.
