Oklahoma Families for Affordable Health Care (OFAHC) has released the results of a recent poll, with efforts underway to secure earned media placements. Julie McKone, OFAHC’s Executive Director, made a presentation to the Chamber of Commerce leadership highlighting the poll results. The results underscore Oklahoma voters’ interest in lower costs over almost every other policy concern. Up Next: The Attorney General’s office is advancing regulations under Chapter 45, focusing on Pharmacy Benefit Management Compliance and Enforcement. Stakeholders’ comments are due by February 16, with a public hearing scheduled for the same day at 1:30 PM. Peter Fjelstad has circulated a draft comment letter for review. Members are requested to provide feedback on this draft no later than Wednesday, February 7, ensuring comprehensive input into the regulatory process. The legislative session convened last week.
