In Review: Tuesday was the official start of the Oklahoma legislative session. PCMA, our members, and the Oklahoma lobby team were busy working the Capitol and coordinating discussions on the many anti-PBM bills introduced this session. We continue our talks with Representative Carl Newton (R) on his Forced Pharmacy Closure (FPC) bill, HB 4457, and expect a committee substitute to remove the FPC language.
