In Review: PCMA and member companies participated in a call with the Attorney General’s office this week on SB1670. We made some suggestions, and the AG’s office made some minor amendments. The new AG draft has been distributed to the state team. The AG’s office suggested that we speak to the sponsor about amendments to the sections that they said the pharmacists provided. Oklahoma Families for Affordable Health Care has launched a campaign focused on four priority bills: SB1915; SB1955; HB3368; an SB1581.

Up Next: Based on interest expressed by Representative Jon Echols (R), PCMA counsel along with our member’s counsel will set up a meeting, possibly as early as today, to discuss all of the pending legislation in the House and the bills that could come over from the Senate.
