Oklahoma Weekly Update 3.25.24

In Review: Last week, the state legislature took a scheduled spring break, allowing lawmakers to recharge before diving back into legislative session this week. During this time, our team continued to closely monitor key developments, particularly focusing on several Attorney General bills: SB 1390, SB 1670, and HB 3376.

Up Next: This week, we are actively reaching out to the Pharmacist Association regarding their language in SB 1670. In addition, we continue to engage on HB 3376, a trailer bill for the Attorney General bills, which is slated for a hearing this week in Senate Retirement and Insurance on Tuesday, March 26. We have learned that the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce is working on an amendment to HB 3378, and we are working to better understand what their focus will be in the bill.
