Oklahoma Weekly Update 3.31.25

In Review: Last week, the first Third Reading deadline passed, and the fiduciary duty bill died for the year. The Senate did pass SB 789 but hobbled the vehicle by striking the title on the floor. The bill increasing pharmacy reimbursements to 106% of NADAC and adding a dispensing fee of $15 will now have to come back to the Senate for final approval later in the session. As the bill moves into the House, PCMA is working with our coalition partners, Oklahoma Families for Affordable Healthcare to raise grassroots awareness of the impact of the bill. We will also continue working with other coalition partners, such as the State Chamber, on their efforts to fight the bill.
