Oklahoma Weekly Update 4.15.24

In Review: Last Monday, Governor Stitt vetoed SB 1390, a bill designed to provide the Attorney General with essential statutory regulatory authority. This decision has prompted ongoing scrutiny regarding its potential repercussions on other Attorney General-related bills, specifically HB 3376 and SB 1670. Notably, SB 1670 encompasses audit and additional provisions advocated by the pharmacist’s lobby. As stakeholders monitor the aftermath of the veto, PCMA remains focused on SB 1670 and a possible veto strategy if the bill passes this session.
