Oklahoma Weekly Update 4.28.25

In Review: Last week, SB 789 was amended before passing out of the House Health & Human Services Oversight Committee. The amendment restored auditing language, allows network leasing with mandatory transparency, and sets a one-size-fits-all reimbursement formula of 106% of NADAC plus a $15 dispensing fee. This formula is mandatory for all PBM contracts with every pharmacy. The Attorney General’s office is reviewing the updated mandate to determine the fiscal impact based on the current reimbursement model used by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
