Up Next: HB 3376, the Attorney General’s trailer bill that will provide regulatory authority, is awaiting final action on the Senate amendments in the House. SB 1670, another AG bill that provides additional audit and reimbursement provisions along with the regulatory authority for the Attorney General, is awaiting final approval of the House amendments in the Senate. It is likely that both bills will be sent to the Governor’s desk this week. PCMA will be working on a veto strategy for SB 1670 and reaching out to other organizations for additional voices. In addition, we are considering a digital campaign once we determin the final political environment.
