Up Next: Next week, the House Public Health Subcommittee will consider several of the Senate bills passed last week. The dispensing fee bill, SB 2074, will be considered alongside the regulatory mandates in SB 1500 and SB 2007. The House Insurance Committee will also consider the restrictions on how the State employee plan will design its PBM contracts in SB 1447.
