Oklahoma Weekly Update 4.8.24

In Review: Last week SB 1390, the AG’s bill that gives his office statutory authority to pass regulations, has passed both chambers and is now awaiting action from the Governor. Today is the deadline for the Governor to veto the bill. SB 1670, another AG regulation bill that contains audit provisions and language related to appeals for brand drugs, payment for FDA shortage drugs, and language that would require the PBM to give the name of the wholesaler that the pharmacy purchases most of their drugs from in the event of an appeal. The bill passed the House Public Health Committee and is now poised for action on the House floor.
