In Review: Last week, the Oklahoma legislature adjourned sine die. After the Governor withdrew his veto of SB1670 (Attorney General rulemaking, audits, pharmacy reimbursement), the bill became law without his signature. Moving forward, PCMA had reached out to the Attorney General’s office regarding rule promulgation and the next steps for their regulation of PBMs.
