Oregon Weekly Update 1.13.25

In Review: House Health Committee Chair Rob Nosse (D) announced the hearings on PBM-related legislation would be pushed to the week of February 3.  Kelsey reported she and group of member company representatives met with Chair Nosse and representatives from Oregon FQHC’s to share our concerns with the ban on 340B modifiers. They appear to be willing to work on finding a solution that addresses each group’s concerns.

Up Next: A group of member company representatives will be meeting this week to work on amendments to Chair Nosse’s LC 2723 which we expect to see in legislative form shortly after the legislature convenes on the 21.
