In Review: The recent 30-day legislative session, ending on March 7, was marked by mixed activity on various bills awaiting the Governor’s action. Notably, HB 4149 (licensing, transparency), which passed the Senate on March 7, was initially broader in scope but has been mitigated to exclude the cost driver provisions and ERISA-governed plan impacts.
