In Review: HB 4149 (transparency, licensure) was unanimously approved by the Joint Committee on Capitol Construction on March 1. However, some organizations expressed a desire for the bill to have a broader scope. Instead, the bill was narrowed to focus on PBM transparency and licensing.

Up Next: The bill will now advance to Ways & Means, and it is anticipated to convene on Monday to finalize it before it moves to the House floor and then directly to the Senate floor. The bill’s supporters are hopeful that it will receive a vote in the final days of the legislative session.
