Oregon Weekly Update 4.14.25

In Review: Last week, the House Behavioral Health and Health Care Committee moved both HB 3212 (spread pricing, reimbursement, refuse to fill) and HB 219 (PSAO licensure) to the House Rules Committee without a recommendation. This was done to move the bill out of committee before last week’s procedural deadline while keeping negotiations ongoing. However, the pharmacists have expressed a disinterest in any further stakeholder discussions.

Up Next: It remains to be seen what, if anything, the Rules Committee and leadership do with both bills, particularly if the pharmacists refuse to negotiate further on HB 3212.
