Up Next: Behavioral Health and Health Care Committee Chair Rob Nosse (D) has called for an informational hearing today, May 27, to discuss whether there is any possibility to find agreement on HB 3212 (spread pricing, reimbursement, refuse to fill). The bill remains in the House Rules Committee, where it can be advanced up to the end of the session. As a reminder, the committee sent the bill to Rules without a recommendation in order to meet the procedural deadline while giving the committee and stakeholders additional time to discuss potential changes.
