Oregon Weekly Update 6.2.25

In Review: Following last week’s Behavioral Health and Health Care Committee’s informational hearing on HB 3212 (spread pricing, reimbursement, refuse to fill), Chair Rob Nosse (D) has asked the Rules Committee to advance the bill. This is despite his earlier concerns over the bill in its current form. Working with our health plan partners, we have developed a redline version of the bill to provide to the Rules Committee.

Up Next: If the bill does advance from the Rules Committee and passes the House, it still must work its way through the Senate.
