In Review: The legislature adjourned sine die on Friday, June 27. In the meantime, the Oregon State Pharmacy Association (OSPA) sent a letter to the state’s Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) urging them to ban PBMs from operating in the state. Putting the incongruity aside, they also asked PDAB to support legislation banning spread pricing, requiring 100 percent pass-through, and a ban on vertical integration.
Up Next: PCMA has sent a letter to PDAB in response to OSPA’s letter.
