Oregon Weekly Update 6.9.25

In Review: House Bill 3212 (spread pricing, reimbursement, refuse to fill, balance billing patients) is still technically alive as it sits in the Assembly Rules Committee. However, we have been told that it will not advance this session. We also learned that the Assembly leadership intends to appoint legislators to lead interim stakeholder meetings.

Up Next: The legislator adjourns sine die at the end of June. We will continue to closely monitor the Rules Committee to ensure nothing changes from what we have been told about HB 3212.
