In Review: On September 18, Healthcare Chair, Representative Rob Nosse (D) concluded his final Summer Work Sessions meeting, where pharmacists, patient groups, and PBMs presented their legislative recommendations. Pharmacists stressed the importance of addressing reimbursement rates, fiduciary duties, and 340B. PBMs focused on PSAOs, while patient groups advocated for POS Rebates. Rep. Nosse noted that he would further review the recommendations and ask additional questions prior to any bill proposals.
