In Review: Senator Wayne Langerholc (R) released a memo seeking sponsors for a Forced Pharmacy Closure bill. No legislative language has been drafted yet. Currently, Sen. Langerholc’s focus is on patient access to local pharmacies in rural Pennsylvania. The memo also describes authorizing the Attorney General to review all contractual renewals and terminations between pharmacies and PBMs. PCMA has scheduled a meeting with Sen. Langerholc for Wednesday, March 18.
