In Review: PCMA is working with Senate Republican leaders to craft a legislative alternative to SB 1000. The staff has directed us to address a number of topics, including PBM transparency, network access and standards, rebate retention, PSAO and spread, and regulatory authority within the administration. A new draft with markup from Governor Joshua Shapiro (D) was released last week, and PCMA is working to assess its fiscal impact in relation to SB 1000.
