In Review: PCMA submitted testimony in support of a House Corporations amendment bill to limit pharmacy audits. A PCMA member provided this amendment to the Speaker’s office. The Senate Health and Human Services Committee held a hearing on various PBM-related bills. PCMA submitted written testimony in opposition to bills no longer requiring a claims modifier, a ban on spread pricing and pass-through rebates, a ban on utilization management, and a NADAC + Medicaid dispensing fee.
