In Review: PCMA testified in the House Health & Human Services Committee on HB 7365, a white bagging bill. PCMA also submitted written testimony on HB 7518 (inhaler copay cap), HB 7822 (step therapy mandates), and HB 7879 (no longer requiring a claims modifier for 340B claims). All of the bills were held for further study. PCMA plans to meet with Speaker Joe Shekarchi (D) to address our concerns about these bills within the next week.
