In Review: PCMA submitted written testimony on various PBM bills in the House Committee on Health and Human Services. The bills include: a reference pricing bill, a ban on utilization management for treating alcohol or opioid use disorder, and a ban on prior authorization and step therapy for PrEP and PEP. All of which were held for further study.
