In Review: PCMA has been working with member companies to compile aggregated data related to the SC Department of Insurance Data Call sent to SC licensed PBMs. Our goal with the survey is to demonstrate to legislators that PCMA members responded to the department’s Data Call with significant data.

Up Next: As anticipated, the Department of Insurance will be making its annual presentation to the Banking and Insurance Committee on January 24. While it is possible that there could be a discussion on the status of the report related to the Data Call, PCMA anticipates that we will have a meeting with the Department soon to discuss the next steps.
