In Review: PCMA testified at a hearing on SB 342, which addresses pharmacy reimbursement, licensing fees, and penalties. The meeting adjourned before they could call the bill up for a vote, but the Committee members acknowledged they would like more discussion.

Up Next: On Wednesday, February 25, SB 342 will return to the Senate B&I Subcommittee.  PCMA is planning to provide the committee with resources in advance of the meeting, since we spoke during the last meeting, it is unlikely we will get another opportunity.
