In Review: This week, SB 342 was heard again in the Senate Banking and Insurance Sub-Committee and was ultimately voted out to the full committee. PCMA met with member company representatives on the next steps as the bill advances through the legislature.
Up Next: PCMA anticipates that SB 342 will be on the full Banking and Insurance Committee on Wednesday, March 11. We will continue working with employers, employer groups, and others in opposition.
