In Review: PCMA continues to monitor for new bill introductions in South Carolina and is currently monitoring several bills, including a newly introduced bill, HB 4984, which establishes a “Prescription Drug Affordability Board” that can set Upper Payment Limits.

Up Next: Later this week, HB 3618, which is a share the savings legislation that gets at coupons and maximizers, will be in the sub-committee of Labor Commerce and Industry.  PCMA and our members are meeting with members of the sub-committee to discuss the legislation and will speak at the hearing this week.
