In Review: Last week, Representative Carla Schuessler’s (R) HB 3934 was added to the Banking and Insurance subcommittee agenda for this Wednesday. As noted last week, PCMA was planning to be in Columbia to speak during the hearing on SB 342, which is a NADAC plus 4%, plus a dispensing fee.

Up Next: This Wednesday, May 7, PCMA will speak before the House Banking and Insurance Subcommittee in opposition to HB 3934 as written and before the Senate Banking and Insurance Subcommittee on SB 342. PCMA and our members have been working with the employer community to oppose SB 342, a NADAC plus 4% plus a dispensing fee. The South Carolina Legislature will officially adjourn on Thursday, May 8.
