In Review: PCMA and member companies held their Planning and Strategy Session. It was noted that there are many new faces in the legislature and leadership. The South Dakota Retailers Association got back to us on HB 1016 (Pharmacy Ownership), and they indicated that after speaking to the Department, they are no longer concerned as this was meant to clean up the chapter in the statute. Feedback was requested from the members on this matter.
