In Review: There were a few bills introduced last week that PCMA will be monitoring. HB 1147 which is the 340B bill that we received a draft of a couple of weeks ago, was formally introduced; HB 1168, which is a bill that allows for the dispensing of drugs prescribed for off-label use during a public health emergency; and finally,  HB 1176 which is a placeholder bill as it allows for changes to healthcare-related provisions.

Up Next: The deadline for a legislator to introduce new bills is on Wednesday and Thursday for Committees. We expect there to be a large number of bills to review by the end of this week. In addition, we are still hearing there is a gold carding bill, but we have not seen the language.
