In Review: While the legislative session in South Dakota does not begin until next week, HB 1016 was pre-filed and among many other things, appears to change pharmacy ownership laws (similar to what they have in North Dakota) and require that any pharmacy in the state be owned by a pharmacist whom the Board of Pharmacy licenses.
