Up Next: The prior authorization/gold carding bill, HB 1199, and the bill dealing with a health carrier being able to recoup, recover, or retroactively deny previously paid claims, HB 1292, are scheduled to be heard in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee on March 2. These bills were amended during the committee process in the House of Representatives to exempt prescription drugs.
