In Review: It has come to our attention that the gold carding bill, HB 1199, will be rewritten based on the recently enacted Iowa law, IA HF 303. Legislative services is working on drafting the language. PCMA is working to get prescription drugs exempted from this new language, given that the Iowa law is very opaque, relative to the prescription drug exclusion.
