In Review: The South Dakota legislature met Monday to consider any gubernatorial vetoes, and then adjourned sine die for the year. There were no high-priority issues introduced in the state this year that impacted PBMs. A gold carding bill, HB 1199, was enacted, but language was negotiated to exempt PBMs.
