Up Next: In late December 2023, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) filed a formal notice of proposed rulemaking. The draft rules are similar (aside from rewording, renumbering, etc.) to those shared during the informal meeting TDCI held in November. The Department will hold a hearing on February 9. PCMA will discuss the best approach for the hearing with members on a call this week.
