In Review: Last week, the House Insurance Committee passed HB 916 (White Bagging) by a vote of 12-7. The bill now goes to the House floor, where it is eligible for a full vote. While the team on the ground in Nashville is confident that the bill can be killed in the Senate, PCMA is working with its coalition partner on placing an article opposing the legislation and collateral to be distributed to legislators.
