In Review: PCMA and member companies continue to work the hallways in Nashville on HB 1959 and SB 2040, related to Forced Pharmacy Closure. Additionally, Michael Power and Johnny Garcia spoke to the House Insurance Committee on Tuesday, February 17, on the Forced Pharmacy Closure issue. The committee members asked questions largely focused on the PBM business model, expressing their concerns.

Up Next: Senate Bill 2040 will be on the Senate Health and Welfare Committee next week.  PCMA met with member companies yesterday to discuss committee strategy and the whip list.  We are looking to bring in representatives from veterans’ groups, patient advocates, employers, and others to speak for 15 minutes.
